1. Introduction
• These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and AlRamz Platform
• This agreement governs your use of all digital services provided by the platform, including telecommunications services such as eSIM and data packages
• By accessing the platform or purchasing any service, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You further confirm that you have full legal authority to complete purchases and authorize payment transactions on your behalf
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms
2. Definitions
• User: Any individual accessing or using the platform
• Service: All digital and telecommunications services provided by AlRamz
• eSIM: Digital SIM service provided through the platform
• Data Package: Prepaid data plan associated with the service
• Device: Any compatible device used to access or activate the service
3. Account Registration and Use
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must not create fake accounts or use unauthorized identities
• AlRamz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
• False information
• Suspicious activity
• Violation of these Terms
4. Purchases and Payment Authorization
• By completing a purchase, the User:
• Agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges
• Confirms that the transaction is made with full consent
• Authorizes AlRamz to process payment using the selected payment method
• The User represents and warrants that:
• The payment method is owned by them or they are legally authorized to use it
• The transaction is legitimate and not fraudulent
• All purchases are considered valid, binding, and enforceable transactions
5. Fraud Prevention and Service Suspension
• AlRamz reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
• Suspend, freeze, or permanently deactivate any eSIM or service
• Block user accounts
• Cancel transactions immediately
• This applies in cases where:
• The purchase is suspected or confirmed to be fraudulent
• The payment method is reported as stolen or unauthorized
• A chargeback or dispute is initiated by the bank or card issuer
• Any suspicious or abusive activity is detected
• In such cases:
• The User waives any right to refund or compensation
• AlRamz reserves the right to pursue legal action and recovery of damages
• The User agrees that AlRamz’s decision in such matters is final and binding
6. Service Purchase and Activation
• Services are activated upon successful purchase
• Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility
• The service becomes the User’s responsibility once activated
• Some services may be provided via third parties under separate agreements
7. Service Duration and Termination
• The service period begins upon activation
• The service ends when:
• The data package expires
• The data allowance is fully consumed
• AlRamz may terminate the service if:
• The User violates these Terms
• The service is used unlawfully
• After termination, AlRamz bears no responsibility for continued availability
8. Service Availability and Quality
• AlRamz aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee:
• Network availability at all times
• Consistent service quality in all locations
• Service may be affected by:
• Network provider limitations
• Maintenance activities
• Geographic coverage
• External or technical factors
• Fair usage policies may apply to unlimited plans
9. User Obligations
• Users agree to:
• Use the service lawfully
• Avoid fraudulent or abusive activities
• Not interfere with network operations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Misuse of the service may result in immediate suspension or legal action
10. Pricing and Payments
• All services are prepaid
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Taxes are calculated based on the User’s location
• Payment methods may be securely stored for future use
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Users may request cancellation prior to activation
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially used services
• Refunds are not applicable in cases of:
• Fraud or misuse
• Full consumption of services
• Violation of Terms
• All refund requests are subject to eligibility criteria
12. Intellectual Property Rights
• All platform content, software, and materials are owned or licensed by AlRamz
• Users are prohibited from:

• Network-related issues
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased service
• This does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded by law
16. Compliance with Laws
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• The service must not be used in jurisdictions where it is prohibited
• Users are responsible for compliance with local laws
17. Amendments to Terms
• AlRamz may update these Terms at any time

• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates
18. General Provisions
